6 foot, 240lbs, 15% bf. i want to be more like 9-10% bf. i eat a clean diet and do cardio but still having trouble loosing last few %. been researching clen/t3 stack not sure if it is worth adding to my routine. any advice would be helpful. gotta look good for cruise in march with the wife. thanks.

1st - You need to eat fat to lose fat...
2nd - I've never run clen and t3, so I can't say anything with experience, however, I'm sure if you do a search, you'll find some good info...
Post your diet up in the Diet forum for critique, get it in check first, then worry about clen/t3.... I would advise an ECA/Y before using T3 though lol.....
Also, proper cardio will help you to shed the lbs. Perform it properly, in the AM, on an empty stomach. Then wait about 45mins - 1 hr before eating.... (this has been covered alot as well, search for it...
