I'm confuced! Test E not for novices?

Now I'm confuced. I had to workout at least one eyebrow
as I was reading Steroid Profile (Test E) and came to the part
where it says Testosterone Enanthate is not for novices:

It kind of differs pretty much from what everyone else is saying on this board?

It's an outdated profile. That info is old, and they are being updated so in the meantime stick to the good info in this forum!

Those profiles need to go just ask around and do some searching.

to be honest i have noticed that the profiles seem to read a little different then what everyone else says for just about everything , and i never really knew how to take it, so i look at it as those profiles could be and most likely are copies of some old profiles from maybe the 70's and the info and the hands-on knowledge has just changed a little bit from then until now .

    Wow, that sucked.

And I thought this board was supposed to be a suplement to this site.

It's kind of scary how truths and facts change with time.

This board is a great supplement to the site. Are you not aware that science advances and thus our knowledge also everyday???We have learned much since those profiles were posted, they just havent been updated yet. And truths do not change...our knowledge of certain things do and lead us down a better and safer path.

Sorry, it came out just wrong (I'm not english/american). What I meant was that the board is the sh!t but the site/profiles doesn't live up to it. I totally agree to the other stuff you were saying. But it's still "scary" that tomorrow we may find out that yesterday we were wrong.

Well, thanks, I take it as a complement! Yes, I am doing my homework. I love this board. I just noticed I've become a junior member allready. That's great.

My stats are not really worth mentioning. I concider myself as a beginner even though it's 2,5 years since I started lifting (at body weight 150 lbs). I've been on and off (training) since. I've become more serious this year. Gained maybe around 20 lbs since April.

    Age: 22
    Height: 180 cm
    Weight: 190 lbs
    BF%: ? no idea

I hate to admit the fact that you're probably right. I think I should train more before I do a cycle - but I'm thinking about a second cycle late august and I can hardly wait to give it a try.

    - Some of the gains were probably weight that I used to have before an off peroiod though. It may not be 20 lbs of just lean body weight either.. I have some bodyfat in the midle now as I've been eating like hell (I may reconcider the definition on that before I take any gear) to bulk. I was really really happy about my results during the summer (especially the chest and the back). Gained 10 lbs pretty easy but it has been harder since then (not getting enough rest, sleep etc). But everyone says that I've grown.

I should be able to gain more and decrease the bodyfat in my midle (can I say that?) naturally. Maybe I give it another couple of months. Hmm..

Edit: Not sure about sizes.. maybe 34 (europe).. I have no fat on my legs, maye a little on my ass. Hehe.. No one knows about my fat. I used to be an ectomorph leaning towards the athletic body type with zero bodyfat.

i'll echo what the others said, test e would be great for a beginer.

400mg a week for 8-10 weeks is a perfect beginer cycle.

Why do you suggest 8-10 weeks and not 12?

nothing wrong with staying on 12 weeks, not really necessary for the first time.
