I have dosing for the last weeks with the same amount of TES and Fina.
I was suggested to keep the same dose for minimal side effects.
I have noticed that I havent grown much keeping the same amount.
Should I up my dose?

i wouldnt up the dose i would try eating more or get some more protein shakes upping the dose is not the answer

I always thought that you should run more test than fina, like 75mg of fina, and 100mg of Prop??? Am I not right?? :unsure:Quote:
