my cycle!!! Flame away!
I have been off-cycle for a while now and I think it is about time to do it again. Im about 245lbs. with 10% bodyfat at about 6'1. My goal is to hopefully get to about 265-270 lbs. I have come up with a good little cycle like this:
600mgs Test E.- week 1-16(1000 mgs 1st week)
400mgs Deca- week 1-15(800 mgs 1st week)
35mgs d-bol per day- week 1-6
I have all my nolva, l-dex, and pct set up right.
many supplements(ala, milk thistle, vitamin b-6, multivitamin, glutamine, amino acids.
My question is: Is this gonna be a good cycle to take to the 270 mark. I am not really worried about bodyfat. My diet is in check:
total daily consumption split up into 6 meals:
6 chicken breasts(240 gms protein) alternating out with lots of beef
1 can tuna(33 gms protein)
5 cups milk(40 gms protein)
lots of salad
fruits(oranges, apples, grapes, kiwi)
potatoes
bagels
muffins
pasta
So i eat good, lift hard. Personally, all i can ever think about is lifting. I have a really great training regimen. So everything is good. Is this cycle good for what im looking for. Feel free to give advice on cycle.

looks good to me. I ran the same last year and put on
about 22lbs. only lost around 7lbs after pct. good luck

thanks bro. I was thinking about throwing another oral in there at the end like winny at 50mgsperday like week 11-16. I dont know abou that though. thnx.

Maybe bump up the D-bol to 40mg/day....i guess it depends how you react to if you've already tried D-bol...and because your already a big dood, you might want it at at least 40mg/day....other than that....you'll be good to go bro

dont bother with winny
remember dbol is 17 aa and so is winny take it easy on the liver dude . but this is a good cycle classic bread and butter i would run the test 2 wks longer than the deca but looks good dude expect to gain 20-25 pds and you should be able to keep about 12 to 16 pds easy .

yea i might bump it up to 40mgs. dont think i have enough for that bu ti might just buy some more.

dude if your frontloading your gear there is no need for the dbol to

so what would be a better idea: frontload like in the first post or
just do :
600mgs test E. week 1-17
400mgs deca week 1-15
dbol at 40mgs per day week 1-6

i wouldnt even bother with dbol i would just front load your gear

With frontloading there is no need for the dbol, but if you do decide to run dbol only do it for wk 1-4. 6 weeks is unnecessary and will be dangerous to your liver.

aight well im gonna try and run the dbol for 4 weeks. If i am growing to da** much i guess ill lay off it.:)
