avoiding gyno this time around?

okay boys and girls, i did a cycle of test e @ 600mgs /wk for 10 weeks. i was taking nolvadex e/d at 10mgs/day. around wk 6 i noticed lumps around my nipples so i started taking nolva at 30-40 mgs./day and the lumps never went away so i just cut the cycle off short. now there is a chance that the stuff was fake (got it in mex)but lets just say that im predisposed to gyno, well i dont want these lumps (that never went away) to get any worse and im plannin a cycle of the same compounds (maybe add a lil dbol in the beg and winny in the end). i plan on running this cycle in feb. and i just wanted to know what kinds of anti- e's i should take and at what dosage. i was thinking of this:
ill be taking test e @ 500mgs for 10 weeks
nolvadex e/d at 10 mgs
ldex at .25 mgs/day
or
arimidex @ ?mgs?day... i dont know enough about this compound please fill in the blank
is ldex as effective as a-dex?

arimidex , ldex are the same the dose you have looks good i would take nolva at 20mg/day if your predisposed

the only difference between adex and ldex is ones liquid form right?
