When taking dbol, nolva, clomid, and arimidex (not at the same time), are each one of these best w/ or w/o food, or does it matter?
I take mine with or without food, I don't see any difference. Only thing I notice is when I take my dbol a hour before my workout, maybe placebo but I do feel a difference.
Take clomid and nolva with some gatorade or soda to mask the taste (if youre takin liquid) cuz by itself its absolutly horrible. If you have pills then it wont matter either way prolly.
Take clomid/nolva w/ gatorade or soda (if you have liquid) to mask the taste cuz its absolutly awful by itself. If you have pills then it shouldnt matter, plenty of water tho.

120 min before workout I take my vitamines and supplements, as about 100 gr of carbs, and 30 gr. protein
60 min before I load with creatine with sugar, aprx 10 gr. creatine + 120 carps
and with that, I take my "stuff", dbol or M1T
after workout, I take 10 gr. creatine with 60 carps and about 1 til 1.5 hour after i take my protein, aprx. 200 gr. carbs and 90 protein
before sleep, one scoop of protein, ~ 90 gr. carps + 60 protein
