How thick is paper?

If you don't know what he's talking about....then you aren't supposed to know.

Kitty Paper is about as thick as very thin cardboard (like a cereal box). Its like 2 ply, with something in the middle, kinda...think very thin sheetrock, but white with black lines marking off each individual dose.

if you can't get those across customs, paper would be an alternative.

Paper is an effective alternative to tabs. With all of the problems with shipping now, I'd rather not have to describe exactly what they look like and give customs an idea of what to look for. So if you don't know what he's talking about, then you don't need to...you obviously don't have access to them.
