Works very well for somthing you can pickup legaly. Results vary from person to person depending on diet and workout. Basically if your dedicated and have a good diet the results you want will come in time.

it's not bad for an otc.

the amount of weight loss you'll see from it depends on your genetics, desire, and discipline.

it works great..as long as you follow a hard core diet, cardio and don't miss.

the thing about not buying a stack like hydroxcut and xenadrine..not to say they are bad..they are great but you can play with the dosages easier and it is cheaper.

you can up the ephedrine or up the caffine or aspirned or drop them...but with the other..they are all preset in a capsul..go with buying everything separate and stick to it..

you will love it.
