Quick Help.....Please Read!!!
hey bros my buddy has got a tryout for a professional football team on Jan. 22. He is wanting to put on some quick pounds before the tryout. He has a 10cc bottle of Test Prop and a 10cc bottle Test Enth 250mg...He wants to start tonight or tomorrow, how should he take it??? Thanks for the help...oh by the way, he is 6'4 240lbs.

well since the Enth takes 4 weeks to even think about kicking in thats probably jsut a waste of juice, eating like a horse and the prop might help but i'm doing prop for the first time right now and dont know who fast it acts so i'm sorry but i'm not much help there...
he only has one bottle of prop? thats good for about a week, thats not going to get him anywhere

Hes alittle stuck now. 30 days isnt really enough time to do a good cycle that wuold put on substanable mass. I wish I could help, but I dont see a way that I could work this for him.

D-bol could give a few kgs in a month but those gains wouldent last long ! I dont know annything about football but dont they have some kind of dopping tests there ?

Heres my current w/o breakdown:
Monday-Chest, Shoulders & Traps
Thursday-Back & Rear Delts
Sat & Sun-OFF
Every 8 weeks or so I will change my workouts, i.e., difeernet days on and off diferent excersises etc etc.
