    they should be fine. just try them, it wont hurt ya.
    worse comes to worse, they just wont work.

    Personally, I would not use them as it was below 32degF and the viscosity and taste HAS changed according to you right? Why risk it over a few extra $$ beats me?!

    What is he actually risking they have no side effets that could affect anything. Cold temperatures mainly freezing is normally the opposite of heating cooking. Freezing preserves and cooking changes the chemical structure. I could get into the aspects of it but I won't. What I am saying is they are most likely 99% fine and I would not dispose of them unless they prove to be bad.

    heat would damage them not cold. they probably just crashed, that is why the viscosity changed, try reheating them and it should be fine.
