Ok, I made a few posts, but will be starting my Clen cycle in 4 days, so I want to get everything clarified....Here is what I plan on doing..... 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with an ECA on off weeks...
Week 1: 1,2,3,4,5,6,6
Week 2: 6,6,6,6,6,6,6
Week 3: Fat Burner ( 4,4,4,4,4,4,4 )
Week 4: Fat Burner ( 4,4,4,4,4,4,4 )
And continue in that pattern...........How long should I run the Clen for? 6 week cycle? 8 week cycle? What would be MOST effective?
Also, once I start Clen again on week 5, do I start with 6 tabs right away, and ALWAYS do 6 from then on, or taper back up?
Also, can my g/f take the Clen also? For her, I was thinking...
Week 1: 1/2, 1, 2, 3,3,3,3
Week 2: 3,3,3,3,3,3,3
Week 3&4: Fat burners ( 2/day )
What do you guys think? Anything I should know about the Clen?
Just Tylenol for Headaches and Potassium for Cramps????
What results can be expected from an 8 week cycle?
