? about gyno

sorry for beating the dead horse, but what are the most obvious signs of gyno? i haven't juiced yet, but i took 1-ad about 3 years ago when i didn't know about pct or nolva or anything like that. needless to say, i put on like 40 lbs over the next 6 months after stopping it. i've been reading up on gyno and how to prevent it since i'm planning a test only cycle next week and i've been playing with my nipples alot lately. now, they're not sore or anything but when i squeeze around the ariola (*spelling*) i feel a bump inside under my nipple. it's about 1/2 inch inside, but there aren't any noticeable soreness or lumps on the nipples or chest. should i be worried???
i have been taken nolva at about 10-20mg/day for the past week or so and planning on adding proviron and running nolva at 20mg/day during the cycle. should i consider arimidex or femara or anything else???

First signs will be itchy nipples and soreness. If going to take nolva then no need for others. Take one or the other not all 3. Dont worry. If nipples get sore or itchy then worry. If taking anti E's then should be ok. And stop playing with your nips. If you start getting gyno you will know. Playing with them is going to irritate them and then you wont know if the soreness is from gyno or your nipple fetish.

Could be normal or just little fatty deposits. Gyno is painful when you first get it.

u shouldnt feel big lumps, fat deposits u will feel little bumps. gyno will hurt and u should know when u have it. early signs r itchiness and tenderness around the nipples. get some nolva to run thruout ur cycle. if u run deca or tren get some b6 to run as well
