None of these individual factors is "king" all go together to reach your BB goals.

I understand what your're saying. But if you take just one of these out of the equation your BB goals are doomed to failure. Give a man the best food and diet program in the world if his not resting (not enough sleep or overtraining) he wasting his time. Same with all the others.Quote:
