if u guys dont have a person to shoot u...how do u shoot ur delt by urself? i stick with quads cuz thats all i can reach...ass is kinda awkard, but i need to change up injection spots. any tips or pointers? thanks bros

inject the pin with one hand and take your thumb and ring finger to hold the base and then use your pointing finger (i don't know the real word for it) and your middle finger to aspiarate, the needle should be all the way in so its basically resting against your shoulder and then use your pointing finger to inject....if that makes any sense....

Delts In y opinion are the easiest to shoot. You can't miss the sweet spot and you can go as deep as you wish.

Do a search for injection spots..Many good posts and some links with diagrams.

Chest is a good option and easy to do yourself.

pecs are a pretty good place to hit once you get over the fact that U HAVE A ******* NEEDLE IN UR CHEST. LOL
