need of some good advise

well i have lifted weights for years know developed to a cetain extent naturally, over this summer i cycled a 12 week cycle o sust 250.... i really enjoyed the rush...gains...etc... ive been off the gear for three months... my question is if i were serious about my next cycle in getting the most i can out of it........one of my buds wants to hook me up wit some deca/sust/d-bol and i didnt have a clue on how much to get.....i also managed to grab some liq. winny so i also have two bottle for the end...i just didnt want to go and just start my next with out getting some advise first.... what does anyone suggest :lift:

how many mg/wk sust did you take last cycle and what were the results?

How much do you weigh and how much did you take last time?

the first week i took 750ml....then i took 500ml split into 2 injects over the course of the week.....the gains were great i weight 228 while i was in my third week i was 238 maxed out around 246 but i know my diet has got to be better the next time around........sust was good to me cause i kept most all of my gains and still have my strenght. :banana:

i drop the sust and get test enan or test cyp
get the deca and
get the dbols
sh!t get the winny too

1- 4 dbols 20mg to start, work your way up to 50mg
1-12 test enan 500mg per week, one shot sunday, one shot wednesday
1-12 deca 400mg per week, one shot sunday, one shot wednesday
4-12 winny 50mg everyday oral or IM

clomid 300/100/50 cycle
always have nolva on hand

PCT is just as important if not more than the cycle. read up alot on PCT before you start. diet diet diet

I agree drop the sust and get enanthate......I think week 1-3 500mgs the next 9weeks 750mgs ...I agree with the deca and d-bol

use test enan instead of sust 250 will i get better results....yeh i lraedy got the winny man was it expensive but will be worth it in the end :lift:

Yeah I supose so I never messed with Winny....I'm into power not looks...

why do people say this..i have gotten better gains with less sides running sust compared to eneth,cyp,prop....sust needs to be shot eod to keep levels stable..thats it,its not that hard boys.

bro if you got sust and have grown off it in the past then use it.
