**** left nipple
what's up everyon?.. Well I know their is tons of post on this but i want to ask because i have some med on had. Ok after my last cycle, about 1-2 year ago, i notice on my left nipple there is like a little dot behind my nipple... When i press on it, it feels like i'm sticking my nipple with a needle. What do i do about this?.. nothing at ALL with my right nipple?.. I have Armidex on hand but should i take that??? I've just started working out for 3 days now, since i stopped for about 4 months, good thing is i managed to keep my power pretty high... I'm happy with my power, and my body looks ok as well, I just want to start up again and do it natural for a couple of months, maybe more to see where i get...
age:23 in march
PS i also have vitex, but i think that made it better temporarly and then got it worst

You have gyno............. You could try running Arimdex and see if this will help shrink the mass but this will be a temporary fix and most likely you will need to see a doctor and have it removed.

Alcohol can decrease natural test level and also increase the level of cortilsol (catabolic stress hormone).
