Advice on Sust, Deca, Winstrol Stack

I'm seeking some advice on a particular dosage rate for a Sustanon, Deca, Winstrol cycle. I have 12 vials of Deca (200mg), 8 Sustanon (250mg) and 13 vials of Winstrol Depot (50mg). I did an 8 week cycle of Sustanon back in September that I had to cut short in the 6th week due to shoulder pain. I didn't gain a single pound but I was starting to get ripped.

So, for all intents and purposes this is my first real cycle. This is what I've outlined for my cycle. Any advice on changes or what I should expect would be appreciated.

Week 1 --> 200 Deca + 250 Sust
Week 2 --> 200 Deca + 250 Sust
Week 3 --> 200 Deca + 500 Sust
Week 4 --> 400 Deca + 500 Sust
Week 5 --> 400 Deca + 500 Sust
Week 6 --> 400 Deca + 50mg Winstrol (EOD)
Week 7 --> 400 Deca + 50mg Winstrol (per day)
Week 8 --> 200 Deca + 50 mg Winstrol(EOD)

you need more gear bro, plain and simple.

tapering up is a waste, so scrap that idea as well.

you should be running 300mg for a minimum of 10 weeks here as well as running 500mg of sust EW.

split the sust into EOD injects (so 0.5 a CC EOD will come out to be 500mg/WK.

you need to run the winstrol for at least 4 weeks as well, and ED.

you have some more research to do, but here is what your cycle SHOULD look like:

1-10 Deca 300mg/EW
1-12 Sust 500mg/EW (EOD injects)
7-12 Winstrol 50mg/ED
Proper PCT
Proper Anti-E's

I wouldn't run it any other way if I was set on running those three compounds.

So, no one thinks I can gain 15 lbs and shread it on this cycle? Keep in mind I weigh 155 lbs.

well if you weigh 155 pounds i bet you can gain 15 pounds of lean keepable muscle in 3 months with proper diet, exercise and rest

if you weigh 155 id say leave the gear for now mate
