    how much do you weigh?

    What I mean is, what time do you think is best to weigh yourself for a true count, my weight fluctuates from AM to PM about 6-8 lbs

    Yes, the best time is first thing in the morning before breakfast. And, only weigh yourself in the morning in the future so your can create a baseline and track your results going forward.
