Forearm Training
K. MY Bis are big, MY Tris are big. My forearms are still skinny. I guess my cycle didn't take care of those. I do half curls and curl ups but they are not getting any stronger or bigger. Does anyone have a routine that might help me out. Thnks in advance

get those grip squeezers you u hold it in one hand and squeeze until u cant no more then switch hands
that made my forearms really big

My forearms are really thick, I never use straps when lifting, and I find I get a real good pump doing hammer curls. Also try reverse grip precher curls.

tie a rope to a ten pound weight and the other end to a peice of pvc pipe and role it up completley best thing for forearms
