    low calorie cycle

I am about to start an equi and test e cycle and i was wondering if i could keep my calories intake to around 3000 a day.

i don't want to gain more than 10lbs i just want to get more cut.

    is that a good idea?

well that depends on a lot of different things. Basically calories consumed and calories burned. If more calories burn than consumed you get cut/ loose some muscle( depending on diet but the roids will help keep the muscle). or more calories consumed then burned= more muscle more fat( again depending on diet). As you see it is almost impossible to burn fat and gain muscle never mind 10 ilb of it. You would need to have good genetics and a perfect diet to do that. So my recomendation is do 1 or the other.
