    Input on best calf workout

    My calves are by far my weak point. What are some good workouts. What is the maximun number if times per week I should be training them?

    I wasn't sure where to post this.

    you should post this in the workout questions...I'd say standing calve raises and donkey calve raises are my favorites I do three sets of each once a week
    and my calves stay thick and veiny....Make sure you get a good feeling in your calves and don't just try to use the most weight and bounce ..I also personaly beleive they grow best with higher repetition...
