clen and your kidneys

does clenbuterol have any effect on your kidneys?i'm on day 5 and only
up to 100 mcg and i'm not in any kind of pain but they feel stressed.
is this just a coincidence or what?some parts of the day their just fine
and sometimes they feel kind of stressed.do i have anything to worry
about.my workouts are still intense,going good.i don't take it to close
to my workout and i am also taking taurine(because i heard it depletes
taurine).this is my 1st time.whats up?

The only thing that I can say is to get between 1 1/2 - 2 gallons of water per day while on clen . I have never read/heard anything about it causing kidney complications. Hope this helps.

Just curious, how can you feel that they are "stressed?"

Are you urinating dark, or do you just have a pain?

I have never heard of kidney complications with clen before...

i think bmwrob was right and i just need to drink more water.thats all i drink
though,no soda,no coffee,a little fruit juice but mainly water.i just need to drink more i think.what i meant by stress was (i shouldv'e been more specific
) was that it wasn't some unbearable pain,it was just a little pain.
