THanks bro for the answer, I take my vit c and multi vit but I'll bump up the C to 2000. I woke up this morning feeling much better but my throat is extemelly drop but thats from the drol, its always dry in the mornings,
anabolic steroids lower your immunes systems ability to fight common colds and flus if you are on cycle you should have reseached all of this before.
I thought test boosted yout immune system, cause after a cycle with a low test is when many fall victim to colds.?Quote:

Yeah, doesn't hurt to rest for a few days. I am envious... my gym is closed until the 6th and the closest one is 1 1/2 hours aways. I'll be takeing a 6 day break.
