A bit of help.

I just finished a 14 week cycle and had been using 5000iu's of HCG a week for the last two weeks I was on. I used 5000iu's for one week after (3 in total). I then started Clomid 2 weeks after that. (That was this tuesday). I have only been running clomid for 4 days and have not seen any pickup in my testes. They are small (about the size of a pebble). I usually would have seen a change in my testes by now but this time nothing is happening.
I was using 5000iu's a week instead of 500iu's because I had no way of storing the vial. What i need to know is, is taking too much HCG counter productive to teste recover. Sometimes one of my testes gets big but then it shrinks again. Also during my cycle my testes where quite painfull when I was in bed. They can be a little painful now as well but not as often as before. There is also no movement in then. They used to move up and down simultaneously, but now, nothing.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Yes is can be counter productive, cause 5000iu can cause a lost of estergen that will hinder your recovery. Did you take a lot of anti's to keep your estergen down like taking the 5000iu?

No I took very little anti-e's. At the moment I am taking 40mg of nolva a day and 150mg of clomid.

Yep your estrogen was too high during the HCG, and that's what did it. It really can hurt more than it help's if you don't take anti's cause it will have pretty much the same effect as testosterone itself.

Is this permanent or will it be reversed? I'm worried that I might have damaged them because they feel sore and they no longer move. They look dead. :yellowcon What do you suggest I up my daily intake of nolva too? And do you think this will be permanent?

Well this is what i would do if your really worried, Eat Ton's of Saturated fat sleep as much as possable and take your clomit with nolvdex and also get 2 over the counter supps, Take ZMA at night and take trelibus during the day.

Well.... you need to get your nut's up and running or your going to be loosing some serious muscle. However, I don't think its somthing that will be perminant by all means.

I wish I had have asked you this half an hour ago.

I thought the problem was due to me not using the HCG for long enought so half an hour ago I shot another 5000iu's. I'm a stupid f*cking b*st*rd. :unsure:

How long will I have to wait until I can start clomid again?

I would say 7 days cause that's how long HCG last in your system. Do you have any anti's you can take to get your Estergen down right now?

I just took 100mg of nolva. I have proviron here as well. Should I take some of it too? And how much?

No your good, just keep taking 20mg to Noledex a day and the HCG should work fine. Remember though Eats TONS of fatty food this week and sleep a lot. I did this will my HCG and my nuts responded awsome. Saturated fat helps build natual testoterone. So give the HCG some fuel and sleep. After a week contue with the clomit.

Can anyone calm my fears and tell me if this is correct. Has anyone heard of this before? My testes are quite sore, I'm worried that this my be from them getting damaged PERMANENTLY!!

Sean224, I may get flamed for this, but if you're that worried (which I can understand) go see your dr and talk it over with him/her....particularly since your testes are so sore....

Also, I think Odin is right on and that his suggestions are great - I'd definitely follow them.......maybe some other Bro's have some advice too.......

Well the 5000iu's of HCG are in your body so their's much you can do about it but make the most out of what your dealing with now. I took 5000iu myself and was in the same boat as you will small sore nuts and i'm fine now. How much sleep have you been getting and how many grams of fat have you got today?

I only got about 7 hours sleep yesterday I'll be going to bed soon and try to get at least 10 hours toniht. My fat intake has been pretty high today. I actually stopped eating a lot of fats a couple of weeks ago because my hair loss was getting to bad. (Animal fats and hair loss, you know the story).

I took 5000iu's a week for 3 weeks. How long did you take 5000iu's for or did you just use it the once.

Nizaral shampoo and Mindoxidal 5% will do more than enough to prevent that and help you grow more. Well, I hope you luck and don't stress over it cause that will make it harder for both your nut's and your hair. If you have any more questions throw em' up their.

Well this is just a little update on my situation.


I went to the doctors yesterday because my nuts were getting very sore. She sent me to the hospital immediately to get blood tests and checks because she said it was very serious. I had to go back today to speak to an edocronologist. He told me he had never come across my situation before and did not know what to do. He looked around for any articles relating to my situation and found none. He said the best thing for me to do is to stop taking all the medicaion I have been on and see if my testes will return to normal on their own.

I don't think it's right for me to stop taking the nolva and clomid. I think he just said this to be on the safe side because he hadn't a clue about what was going on.

Anyone got any thoughts?

See another Endo... Get your doc to refer you to someone with more experience. I would keep taking the nolva (not at 100mg) 40mg and clomid 100mg until things start plumping up. If you want add supps like tribulus 4grams and tongkat ali as directed. See what the new doctor says - and if answer does not include anti estrogens get back and update this thread until someone give you advice.

yes its true. But it may not be your case. HCG is dangerous if you dont know what you're doing.

It has taken me up to 2 months to get my testes working after a long cycle. But I did a big no-no I mixed tren& deca in the same cycle. Give it time unless you still have a lot of pain. If pain pesists see another doc.

Well I have come to the conclusion of where the actual pain is in my testes. It is on the very edge of them. There is a tube which connects to the there, I think it's called the epididymus, it used to be very big and feel like a spirrelling ice-cream cone or sea shell. The long thin type which spirells. (Sorry for the poor analergies) Now all I can feel is very thin tube, can't feel any groves in them anymore. I am worried that they may be ristricting blood flow to the testes because they are so small. The pain also run down towards my perineum.

Sorry for ranting on about this, but when your doctor and a specialist don't know whats going on this is the only place I can get any help.

Anyone know anything about this. The epididymus is responsible for housing sperm until they mature. I am worried that because they have disappeared I may become sterile.
