I'd get hold of some Primoxanadecatestovaradbolstrolbolone enanthate - It's fu<king amazing stuff - I gained 50lbs of lean muscle in 3 weeks on it - no sides, kept it all

''Best''......for what??? Cleaning yor teeth? Running your car? Lubrication?

Tell us what you're trying to achieve & where you're at at the moment (ie stats, weight, height, age, diet, training etc) and you'll get plenty of helpful advice...
