8 lbs is most likely water weight lost, just up the water and get back on the coarse you were following. Get a real good multi vitamin. One that is in a capsul not those rock hard ones that most people **** out. Just to stay healthy. You could even try to get more salt in you, or even creatine to get the muscles to hold the water.
Don't forget- you did not loose muscle cells from being sick, you lost fluid out of the muscle cells, just fill them back up again.
let us know how you make out

Rehydrate and train a little lighter until you feel completely better. Pick up your cycle where you left off.

I'm in the same boat as you are. I have been slightly sick since Christmas, mainly sore throat and stuffy head. Then, on Sunday, I started getting a fever. I went to bed after taking some nyquil. I then woke up at about 3am with a horrible fever. i took my temp, and it was at 102.5. Then today it got up to 102.8, but it has dropped down to 99.5 and I'm feeling better tonight. This has to be the longest i've ever been sick in my whole life. But I am staying on my cycle. I'm almost done with the Dbol , and i did my 5th injection on Sunday, so another isn't due until next Sun.

But I really don't see a reason to stop the cycle. I think the hormone fluctuation might make you feel worse.

I always thought that it was harder to get sick while on AAS because they boost your immune system. BUt considering I havent felt great latly, I guess not.
