Hypertrophy-Specific Training and AAS
What do you bros think of this type of training while on a cycle? Please post your results if you have done this.

I have tried HST, Max OT, DC training, and good old old school splits and I'll say I won't waste my time anymore as I'm sticking to DC and Max OT. On or OFF cycle doesn't matter.

DC training is the sheet!! won't ever go back to my old split...

I've had more success with my old school routine. Maybe I didn't give DC's method long enough, I dunno. I just saw 4 weeks of gains and then a flat spot. Once I went back to my old routine, I started adding poundage again...
