    Worlds Strongest Man

    Today I watched the WSM and third placed competitor and 2002 + 2003 winner Mariusz Pudzianowski was later disqualifed for failings a drugs test. I have had a search online for the substance and have found nothing. The event took place in October.

    Does anyone know what it was he failed for? These guys are obviously using and the substance was considered banned because of health reasons?

    Any help please guys?

    Oh by the way I bet Met-Rx are p*ssed with him being their main man in their adverts in Flex and Muscle & Fitness!

    yeah i remember watching the '02 and '03 comps and saying to myself ... "look at this f**king house" ... i was always skeptical that he was on juice ... he's huge and strong as hell

    WSM competitors are bigger juicers than any bodybuilders out there. Hell when i did a couple local comps i was talkin with one of the winners and he was on twice as much as me!

    Skeptical ?? There all on massive doses period. I think he was a scapegoat to try to give the sport a better image. Just my opinion.

    Exactly. I have been watching WSM since they were first on ESPN and I am still amazed that there are people out there who believe some of these guys are natural. Personally I think its retarted to even employ testing in a sport like this.

    after the early death of John Perry (WSM Comp) the NASS decided that all pro level WSM comp. will have to pass a drug test. They don't want all their athletes dropping dead just to win a trophy and 30 grand.

    Anyone know what Mariusz's stats are ie height weight age, my build is very similar to his but I am only 5'9.5 I am sure he is taller than that????? Just curious if anyone knows what his height and weight are? I see alot of guys on there that are 6'5 and 280 lbs is he that big? and the pictures are decieving maybe.....?

    I found it........nevermind our builds are not similar at all! lmfao I am a very scaled down version of him LOL. He is 6' 3/4" and 313 lbs!!, SOB he is huge.

    IFSA Banned substance list

    Just checked the IFSA banned substance list I believe only introduced 2004. I can confirm it includes all the usual and related anabolics, stimulants, masking agents and recreational drugs......I know, ridiculous isn't it?

    i would have thought that most of the guys in wsm were taking as, did u see that black guy he was pretty dam big, he had huge arms but he wasnt very strong compared to some of the other guys dont u all think.

    amount of mass and bodyweight didn't help, but that's what did him in....
