(maybe 8-12 50 mg winny ed, or every 2 weeks in my cycle do clen)
my joints hurt really bad in my shoulder, never ised deca b4 so im a little nervous about deca dick...i have heard good and bad about deca....i know it will help out my joints while on cycle but how will they feel afterwards...is deca just a temp solution???
your cycle looke pretty good. the deca will lube you up pretty good, just make sure you keep the test higher. maybe you should have an xray or something on your shoulder. it could be something the docs can fix.

IDK on that one bro, i like both. you will have to see what works better on your body. trial and error i guess.

last question...will the deca only be a temp fix or will it really heal the shldr for the future
depends on if its a joint problem or something more serious. if it hurts constantly/severe i would seek professional help.

Deca will lube your joints for awile even after cycle. Like house of pain says though if its more serious than being a little uncomfterable when your working out and its consistant i'd see a doctor as well.
