    on time = off time

I just want to know how many people actually follow this rule. I understand that it is the best and safest way to cycle, but are there some of you that just cant wait and hop back on the train early

Some guys are on all the time. Personally I value my testicles way to much to risk that. Time on = Time off IMO

lol bridging is the same as being on all the time. it s just a little cheating for your conscience...a lot of ppl stay on all year long. everybody has to consider the risk/benefit ratio for himself. I want to still be healthy with 50 so I say one light cycle a year is enough. IMO if u can t make a living out of that **** it s just not worth it

bro the time on = time off rule is nonsense. If i do on a 6 month cycle it does not mean i need 6 months off if all my blood levels are in normal range 3 months later. You need to go to the doctor and ask for a 10 panel blood test i believe is what its called to really see when you can go on again. When you recover and only a test can really tell then you can go back on. It might be a good rule for very short cycles.

Clearly this is about personal choice and risk vs reward. It is not likely that all entire impact of gear use would appear on any give blood test. Some guys are on all the time while others for once every 10 years in enough. If safty is your only concern, less is probably better. These are the decisions we must all make on the dark side.
