Test can not change bone structure unless your bones are still developing when you start your cycle, but still it doesn't actuall change the structure it can effect it and possibly hender it. I think a male's bones stop growing at 17 or 18.
Now bloating the the face, most definately if your test levels are high enough.

I don't think its a permenant thing but my face changed. I defenitly got a puffier face and bloated cheeks during and even after my cycle. I think it probably has to due to the fact that I gained nearly 30 pounds. Most of it was muslce but I am sure some of it was fat that went to my face. I am working on a cutting diet and lots of cardio now, mostly to make my face look trim again.
