BIG PROBLEM Please Help

In october i ordered a package of 50g test prop and 20g of winny. It was from china and it got held up in customs for a while so i got scared. The package eventually came about a month after i ordered it. I was scared so i threw it in the trash can and left it htere for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i got it out and brought it into my house. This all happened while i was at school. I am now home on winter break and my roomate called and said i got something from customs. When he opened it he made it sound like i have 3 options
1. Do nothing
2. He thinks just pay a fine
3. Let the judicial proccess take its course

He is sending me the letter fedex so i can read it

Have any of you ever heard of anything like this?
I really need your help i am freaking out right now

So you recieved the gear and have it in your posession now? and then recieved this letter from customs at a later date?

i opened the package and it is packed exactly like the guy normally packs it. It looked like it was never gone through

That's a boatload of powder bro you should have never ordered that much! What ever you do try to see if you can end this early some how like paying a fine or something.

get the stuff gone. I'll bet it was marked as an herbal product and the letter will say you need an import license or something

Well if you obviously recieved the gear, then how did they send you a SEIZURE letter? A seizure letter is to make you aware that your gear has been confiscated by customs. It makes no sense for you to recieve the gear, then a seizure letter.

I agree with godfather.... if its a seizure letter why would they let the product through???
IMO just hide the gear somewhere (outside ur house) until you receive the letter and see exactly what it says...

Thats the thing i left the gear at school. and i am at home now. After i talk to the lawyer i guess i might have to make a trip to school to get rid of the ****

Got this from FG

1. You will get an empty package or letter saying your **** has been confiscated. It will probably be a photo copy of the customs regulation violated

2. A short time later, you will receive a letter from customs telling you how to claim your property or it will be automatically forfeited in 30 days.

Now here is the clincher on this letter. They send a whole bunch of papers with different instructions on ways to handle your seized product.

Read carefully, it says right away, that if you fail to act the property will be automatically forfeited.

You can also sign a form to instruct them to consider your stuff forfeited.

DO NOT SEND THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST THROW THE LETTER IN THE TRASH.

They are trying to get you to admit that the items are yours. And they fool you by trying to get you to sign a form telling them you don't want the stuff and to go ahead start immediate foreiture of the items. This is a trick!

Then, a short time after this last letter you will get another one. It will probably be right after the 30 days has elapsed because of your NO RESPONSE to their first letter.

They are again asking you similar questions.

AGAIN, DO NOTHING, SIGN NOTHING, CALL NO ONE! IT IS A TRICK AGAIN.

Their time line given for forfeiture has elapsed, and they are trying one last time to get you to say that the **** is yours so they can prosecute you!

Without your signature on any of the forms they send you they cannot prosecute you (unless of course they have been monitoring you and actually observe you take possession of an order) because they have no proof that the items are yours! However, by signing a form even one to say hey, I don't want the stuff keep it, signifies that it is your stuff.

This whole process will take several months, just throw away all of their mailings empty your house for a while and talk to no one, even on the board.

To recap:
Sign nothing,
Talk to no one,
Keep the house clean,
Try recieving at a different address.

victor i was reading your earlier reply about how they were probably labeled as herbal products and i was wodnering if this is what you were thinking
The package suspicoius when it had powder but since it was labeled and herbal product they just took a sample then sent the package. Now that they got the tests back and know that it was steriods htey want to do somethin about it.

I have no flat answer why. I can take a shot in the dark and say maybe they took a sample of your package had it tested and found out later that it was gear. But I highly doubt that happened. Just get of rid of the pack for awhile.

I highly doubt the customs letter you've gotten is related to the package you've received... they wouldnt have let you receive illegal goods.

If you'd like, you can scan or copy the letter and send it to me via e-mail or snail mail. I have access to just about every federal print out... I can at least tell you if its legit.

No I think it's an import issue. You have to have a license to import herbal products and this may be the case. Still though the cover page should simply state the "supposed" reason for the docs.

I have one more question . I guess i should have asked this before started importing illegal substances into the country. Is it a felony (or what kind of punishment am i looking at) to have under $250 worth of steroids .

no problem... in the mean time, just stay cool and try not to worry about it. Make sure you keep your moth shut, to your friends, and/or anybody else. In the rare event that you'd be contacted by law enforcement, keep your mouth shut, dont say a **** word. If they ask you in for questioning, tell them no. If they come with an arrest warrent, you still dont have to say ****... and you shouldnt!
