detection times for drug tests

i was wondering how accurate the steroid.com detection times were for drug tests?
the drug...winstrol tabs
on their detection times it says 3 weeks..true?
and do regular "piss" tests even check for any kind of anabolics?

also i heard winny shows better results then anavar and is cheaper but with more side effects..and some say var is far better...is it mostly how your body reacts...or just post witch you prefer? thanks
