    gentetics

Heres my question i think this is how it works. Say you have guy whose genetics only allow him to be 170 and he takes steroids and gets to lets say 190 will he keep it for awhile and then his genetics will slowly bring him back down to 170. Then you have another guy whose genetics will allow him to be 250 and he gets to about 215 and does a cycle the cycles being just your standard beginner cycle and he gets his weight up to lets say 235 scinse he has the genetic potential to be 250 will he have a better chance of keeping his gains. And also both of the guys did proper pct and have a good weight lifting schedule and diet regime. Thanx.

this is my opinion, i could be wrong, but i think that as long as you continue to train and 'maintain' your weight, you will keep it, if you stop training, maybe the guy who should genetically only be 170, he could lose his weight faster than the guy who could be 250 if they both stop training, bt i doubt that. as long as u continue to train / eat enough cals each day u can maintain w/e u get from ur cyc.. jmo tho

Do you think the 170 guy will return to 170, or maybe a little heavier due to stretched Fascia etc? I guess the question is are any of the gains made on AS permanent?

Another question is lets say he does return to 170, if (after a spell at his 'natrual' weight) he then trained well & had a good diet would it be easier to put that weight back on than before?

One last one - lets say Mr 170 gets up to 185 finishes his PCT & then stops training (lets say due to injury) - if he keeps his diet totally in check would he keep any of his gains or would he eventually drop back to 170?
I suppose I'm asking - lets say you have modest goals 6''2, 200lbs, 10%BF and (through hard work, good diet & careful supplementation) you acieve these goals, what would happen if you kept your diet really good, but stopped training? - or maybe cut your training down to 3x per week?

I believe it all about the nutrient you put in your body, weather or not you lose weight or gain weight. In my opinion gear makes you recover faster and allows you to train like a beast, but you still gotta feed those torn muscle.
