for me its hard to twist around and hit the right spot and aspirate with one hand, but i manage without the needle moving around too much

Just did it, and now im wondering why I did quads as my first two injections! Hahahahaha. Glutes were painless, and i just followed that thread link that seanw gave me! Thanks dude, that helped a lot.

Haha, funny you mention it. I want like total silence when i do it so i can concentrate, and i was in the middle of burning a new lifting CD, and trying to shoot while listening to Monster Magnet - Powertrip wasnt working, so i had to turn it off. I had total silence, was about to go in, and my friggin phone rings with its loudass ringer. Almost sliced myself open lol.
Nah, i just do it in quiet.
i find glute shots a little awkard too, its hard to reach around. i like tris,delts and thighs better.

It was slightly awkward, but i did the right glute, held the syringe with my left hand, and aspriated and injected with my right hand. Theres not even a mark, i just spend 2 minutes looking for where i did it, and i cant even tell. Too easy. I think its starting to get addicting :)
