What are the first signs of gynecomastia ?
Should I use nolva with my current cycle or should i wait until I start feeling synthoms?

Current cycle
1-10 500 mg Test Cyp wk
1-10 400 mg Deca wk
1-4 30 mg D-bol ed
11- start of cutting cycle

Itchy and/or swollen nipples are a first indication of gyno...and yes you should run nolva at 10mg ed during you cycle.

use the nolva. good for lipids, insures your estogen levels will stay in check, reduce a little bloat, and give yourself peace of mind. Throw in some l-dex for good measure. with the relatively low price and avaliblity of these products there dosn't seem to be a good reason not to take advantage of thier positive effects. JMO
