lower dose, longer time or higher dose shorter time for EQ

hey im thinking of running EQ

but im wondering what would be better...

10 weeks of 600mg/w

or 15 weeks of 400mg/w


?

From what ive heard the higher dosages are more effective.

Because EQ is such a heavy estered hormone, it needs to be run for a longer time to get the most benefit from it.

Most seem to report that eq really kicks in for them around week 12.

ive always heard that 12 weeks is the minimum amount of time to run eq

I agree with the others 12 weeks is good longer is better........ also anything under 500mg/wk is a waste.

I ran it 400mg at 14 wks with Cypa Test last cycle gained 25 pounds I liked it! Made my strong as hell!

I've had great results at 400mg/wk as well. I think that is the minimum dosage to take to get good results. The most important thing is to run it long enough for it to be most efficient. IMO 12 weeks is the minimum, 15weeks seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Typically, when I run EQ, which is a majority of the time, I like to frontload the first 2 weeks @ 1000mg/wk and then drop down to 500mg/wk for the remainder of the cycle which can last anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks. I have tried EQ with and without the frontload principle and the frontload is the way to go for me. Frankly, I would not do it any other way.

I agree on the front loading i just wouldnt run that high of a dose maybe 300mg and front load with 600mg

I'm with bignatt.In my personal experience,300 at 15 weeks is killa!The longer you run it,the better it gets.

I just like to invoke a higher state of anabolism with the compound EQ. Sure it will probably work for many with the dose protocol you have suggested, but again I just a higher dose with EQ. The first time I ran EQ, I used a 800mg frontload and then 400 thereafter and it was pretty darn good. After that I decided I wanted to try it at a higher dose and I liked the results much more.

I agree with Scorp here, the higher dose makes a huge difference. I have dome up to 750mg/week, which just rocked my world.
