    Working out while Really sore?

    Ive been at the point where I really dont get too sore from working out, usually im not sore at all. However, recently I get really sore, to the point where I will be sore for 3 days after a chest workout. What do you guys suggest about repeating those workouts when you are still sore? (Assuming AS use)

    I suggest you go to the training forum and ask them but also take some time off to recover.

    take some Glucosamine Sulfate

    120 caps come in a standard bottle and you take 1 cap, 3-4 times daily.
