I am currently looking to do my 2nd cycle. I am reading about Sustanon 250 in the Anabolics 2004 and it say it can be taken once every 10 days, but from some of the post on here people say to take it EOD. I was looking at one of the stacks they have on page 45 which looks like this, but slightly modified:

Week 1> 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 2> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 3> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 4> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 5> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 6> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 750mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 7> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day 500mg Sus Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 8> 2 tabs Anadrol50/day Nolva 10-20mg/day
Week 9>
Week 10> Nolva 40mg/day
Week 11> Nolva 40mg/day

I am looking for a lot more mass, but also wouldn't want to do a shot EOD. I am currently 6'2" 205lbs about 9% BF. Anyone wanna help me with this stack or make a suggestion what would be better? Thanks

twice a week is fine for the Sust IMO.

the 4 esters in sus build up to deliver a constant flow of test the course of the cycle....many like to shoot eod just to keep the prop in it eod....not mandatory but more beneficial.....imo need to run a little longer than 8 weeks aswell......a 100mg abomb/ed for 8 weeks?? makes me cringe to think about

yeah bro anabolics 2004 has a lot of info that i wouldnt nessicarily follow, 8weeks of 100mg drol ed is way to much imho, and to get the most from all the esters in sust you need to shot it at least eod, and run it for 10 weeks or longer

Any suggestions what test i should run instead of sust. if i only want to do a shot once a week, I was looking at Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate , if so how long should I run the test?

You really need to inject twice a week with enanthate or cyp. I would run them for 10-12 weeks, no less. They are much more cost effective than sust, so that is also a plus.

Looking at the Novice Cycles on the main page at http://steroid.com/novicecycle1.php cycle #1-3, so what if i wanted to substitute Anadrol50 for the Dbol . How much of the Anadrol50 should i take per day? And Swellin suggested to inject Test E twice a week, so if i were to do 500mg of Test Enanthate I should inject 250mg 2x per week? And for the Deca should this be injected 1x per week or 2x per week? Thanks for the help guys, this board is has been very helpful

You might as well inject Deca with the test, its no big deal. Cant comment on the Anadrol , never used it.
