This may be a dumb question but can you drink test-e? Or is it only injectable.

No you cant drink testosterone .

On bench day you should allways start with something different. One week start with incline and the next week start with flat bench. Your rep scheme doesnt seem to bad but I would suggest 4 sets for larger muscles and 3 for smaller muscles.

Week 2
- -Decline 4 sets of 12-10-8-6
-Incline 4 sets of 12-10-8-6
-Flat 4 sets of 12-10-8-6

Week 3
-Incline 4 sets of 12-10-8-6
-Flat 4 sets of 12-10-8-6
- -Decline 4 sets of 12-10-8-6

Then keep mixing it up?

Tricep is a tricky one for someone with little experiance injecting themselves. There is really no point in doing a tricep injection with a long estered drug. Thats mainly for spot injections or when someone that is doing everyday injections which ends up running out of places to put it.

That looks good for bench. One thing I would add is weighted dipps are great for lower pecs. I would aternate decline with dips week to week.

bro IMHO you should fix your diet first, start eating 5-6x a day and get plenty of rest. At your height getting to 190lbs won't be a problem.

I would look into a detailed bulking diet. You willbe suprised to see what kind of food it takes to grow. Most likely if you followed a bulking diet you wouldnt even need steroids .

Id say at least 5,000 calories.

I was thinking exactly the same - you shouldn't be thinking about juicing if you have to ask these sorts of diet & training questions.......you should have had both in check for at least a year before even thinking about juice......IMO
