water based deca

hey guys, quick question. a friend of mine told me he was getting water based deca from europe, which would only be detectable in your system for only 3 weeks. anybody else on here ever heard of this? or is this just some bs? thanks in advance for the help.

being in an oil base isnt what makes it detectable for so long. It is the hormone itself, if that is why he is thinking the water based hormone would have less detection time.

I dont think the stuff exists. im sure someone could make it but I wouldnt see a use for it.
