how to take anadrol?

I have some qv a-bombs that came out to be 80mgs per. i want to take 1 1/2
a day for 4 weeks. so should i split it up through out the day(anyone know the half life) I also heard that you have to chew them up which i thought was not true but correct me if i'm wrong.

Oh and yes there will be test in the cycle!

I usually break them up evenly into 3 doses throughout the day.

Yeah...actually...all of the profiles on that page (that I posted) were written by me. All of the Edu threads posted by me (except for where noted) were also written by me.

I put in a ton of work at BB4L for the last few years...now I'm basically trying to bring alort of my concepts from there (benadryl to clense beta-2's, how to design a cycle, clen cycleing) over to here.

so being a 16hr half life it can be taken once every 24 hrs effectivley. right?

simple answer yes, if you want to take am and pm. I did it all at once(100mg and felt sick alot, so maybe I should have split dose. well felt like crap on 50mg also... so go figure?)
