Ok I'm going to be doing my 3rd cycle and I just want to make sure I'm not missing any thing.

wk 1-14 deca 400 mg
wk 1-15 test e 500mg
wk 12-17 winny 50mg ed
wk 15-17 prop 50mg ed
nolva 10mg ed
vit b6 200mg ed
idex .25 ed
clomid for pct

If there is anything else that I should be taking like natural supps while on please inform me?

my stats are:
5'9 170 lbs don't know body fat. Looking to get to about 200lbs

i would run the winny for a couple of more weeks personally. but everything else looks pretty good..good luck

For a cycle that long I would get some HCG .

should I take tribulous while on and after? I never used HCG if someone can give me advice on how it's used and when to start it I really appreciate it. I may also cut the winny out completely.
