weeks 1-4 dbol 15mg ed
weeks 1-10 test e 350mg split dose
weeks 1-13 eq 400mg split dose
weeks 5-14 tren e 350mg split dose
weeks 9-16 var 75mg ed
weeks 11-16 prop 50mg ed
weeks 10,12,14,16,18,20 clen
weeks 2,6,10,14 hcg 1500iu
weeks 2-12 bromo (what dose should i take ?)
weeks 1-16 letro .50 ed
weeks 17-21 nolva 20mg ed
weeks 17-20 clomid 100mg ed
thistle, tylers, b-5, gluco, lots of food

keeping doses low i grow on low doses, cycle layout will remain the same
going in at 180-lbs 5,9' 15% b/f my goals are 200lbs lean, 6,3' 8% b/f
end result goals are 200lbs 8%b/f or lower
what do u bros think

Id keep the test and EQ at equal doses. And you said you wanna keep it low, but 75mg of Var ED is pretty high.

i have been told that var at 75mg ed is great and its mild
ppl run drol 150mg and thats the toxic oral out there so i figure 75mg of var is not that bad

I hate dbol but isnt it a little low?
Why not use the tren e, test e and EQ at the same time?
And Id do 500ius of HCG E4D starting at week 4....
Where is the trib, and longjack? Great stuff IMO
BTW var at 75mg is fun :D

I know for sure that you won't grow 6" during this cycle! Or am I reading it wrong? 200 lbs lean, 6ft 3", 8% BF? But you are at 180 lbs, 5ft 9, 15% BF now?

I think honestly, it'll be quite hard to gain 20 lbs (more like 25-30 lbs) of lean muscle mass since you intend to lower your bf% as well! Don't be disappointed though. I agree that 75mg var is a lot. I think mg for mg, var would give more strength gains than dbols, without the bloat. Going 15 mg for dbols is just too low, and 75 for Vars might be a little high. You may want to do 25mg dbol, and 40mg Vars. Should be good enough if you can respond to low dosages. Being 180 lb and 5ft 9 @ 15% bf, I think you should respond pretty alright. Maybe gain 10 lbs of lean muscle mass and lower your bf if you diet but I seriously doubt you'll gain 20 lbs +. If it was that easy, EVERYONE who is around 5ft 9-6ft will be about 220-250lbs ripped after a few good cycles. But apparently, that's seldom the case!

i have done 20mg ed dbol in the past and grew on it pretty well not looking to grow so much off the dbol this time just dont want to be in limbo until the test kicks in
dont know what longjack is but i will get some tribulus

low dose of different compounds is what i mean im runnuing low dosde of each
one except the var

search around for longjack aka tongkat ali or something like that. another nayy test booster.

you'd probably have better results just running a gram of test and 500 mg tren enanthate a week.

too much test for me the sides would be pretty bad
