Ok, I had a good 18lb gain on my low dose Test/Eq cycle, but I have a little bit more mid-section fat than I would like.
Since I'm in PCT, I'm eating lots and keeping cardio down. No doubt I'll be even fatter by the end of PCT on Feb 3.

Last time I started lowering cals and doing cardio during PCT and lost virtually all my 30 lb gain...sucked huge.

So - when (how long after PCT) can I moderately lower my cals and start cardio to cut up? I have a trip south at the start of March and I want to look good (I'm at about 14% bf now, prolly 15-16% by the end of PCT)
