    I made a bet

    Hey guys, I made a bet with about six friends, that we threw in $500.00 each, and bet who can loose 10% of their weight in 12 wks.well for me I knew i could do it and win some money, so I bet.question know is what kind of gear will i choose to win the bet and start looking good again.
    start weight :277.5lbs
    height:6'4
    current bf is about 35%( i know ive been letting myself go)
    three cycles under my belt (test, deca , d-bol,and eq.)
    I was thinking of trying some winny and primabolen with a good strict diet?
    what do you guys think?

    No gear. Strict diet and depending on your health: ECA stack will work WAAAYY batter than winstrol and Primo.

    Ephedra, caffiene, and aspirin stack. That along with clen would be good. The reason I said good health, is that those particular compounds raise your heart rate which can be hazardous to some people.

    clen 2weeks on/2weeks eca/back on clen 2weeks.

    Repeat

    If you want to look into an oral or a cheap injectable to preserve muscle while dieting.But not nessecary imo

    hour of cardio on an empty stomach every morning along with an eca stack, and
    clean diet

    if not, YOU"RE CHEATING YOUR FRIENDS OUT OF THEIR MONEY

    but like they have said, a clean diet, cardio in the am on an empty stomach and for gear I would use winny and prop eod.

    losing 10%of your body weight in 12 weeks not gonna happen w/o some gear.....unless you dont eat for 12 weeks.....

    I wouldn t use dnp just to win a bet...still - 27 pounds of pure fat means at least a 35 pound drop in bodyweight. u gonna have some fun the next months lol

    To lose 10% of your BF you need to lose around 30 pounds.. Expect to lose some muscle.. Thats a little more then 2 pounds a week... I would follow the suggested advice.. do 1 hour of cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, diet like a MOFO, and use Clen and ECA

    27lbs in 12 weeks you dont need gear for that strict and lots of cardio 7 days a week
    its only a touch over 2 lbs a week he has to lose

    My thoughts exactly too. You could run some T3 inconjunction with no Test and clean diet and lose a good chunk of muscle and a good chunk of fat.

    Thats $3k and I dont care if I have to lose 10lbs of muscle and 17lbs of fat for 3k you can easily gain the muscle back after the money is in hand. I guarentee if this bet is based solely on lbs lost and not body composition changes that you could win this bet by losing a good chunk of muscle and equal portions fat. Is it ideal? Hell no but would you win? Yes!

    I agree, and it baffles me when people say they dont care what they lose as long as it's "weight". Theyll just be the same shaped fat person but a smaller fat person.

    **** bro, that would be money in the bank for me! I've lost 30lbs in 10 days, yes days not weeks. Went from 225@20% to 195@11%. Not advising it but look up my post on my most recent DNP cycle.

    If I handed you 3k I bet that would convince you to lose some muscle. I sure the hell know I would. That would pay my rent for a while and make my life a hell of a lot easier plus I could gain the muscle back in no time.

    10% of your body weight, easy done, I was 300lbs and got down to 245lbs in 12 weeks just by diet and heaps of cardio.

    Anyway, like the rest of the guys says... also consume high fiber diet will dramatically decrease your weight too.

    Also, at your body weight you could lose 10-20lbs of water by loading up on water and salt before the initial weigh in and then dropping the salt, lowering the water, and taking a mild otc diuretic. Swolecat has an excellent post on his website on how to do it.

    I never thought of that. Thats an excellent way to skew your results to win. Have a gallon of water before weigh in (thats an extra 8lbs) and that will skew your results. Plus I would guess you could lose at least an extra 5-10lbs on SC 7day diet. Good thinkin JoeVette

    I'd use Test and Tren as a base to maintain your muscle as much as possible, theyre also both thermogenic so theyd help with the fat burning by raising your body temp.

    Then throw in some DNP , cycling on and off with YNCA (or ECA if you can't get it) would be a good start.

    ok at 35% b/f bro you should have no problem doping 28 poounds...... at 277.... I i dont think winny will give you the results you want.. if you educate yourself enough then DNP would be the way to go but it's dangerous...id say try some hardcore cardio in the am as someone above said and maybe some clen ... i think atkins diet does **** good for losing weight fast as well... although i don;t think i woud personally stay on it for long periods, maybe just to win the bet...

    I agree. Get a good diet, cardio, and if needed some DNP . Look at your results 6 wks into this bet and then decide to use DNP or not. If you only goal is to win then try that . If you are thinkl more lond term fat lose, then I would DNP for the entire 12 wks. What happens if there are more than just 1 of you guys that lose the 10%? Is it then determined by who lost the most??~if so use DNP and there will be NO mistake YOU will win!!
