The point of PCT is to get your natural hormone balance back. You dont want a catabolic workout program and diet. You trying to regain your natural testosterone so you are not in a constant catabolic state.
Ill tell you something if you have enhanced muscle its not really easy to keep if you try to cut while off cycle. Thats why most of alternate bulking and cutting phases.
