wut kind of work out program is best when on juice?
i posted the one about dc, doggcrap, but it didnt give me the answers i wanted. i just gave me a lot of lame ass critque.. so now im posting this hoping to get an answer about the best program when on juice, plz let me know..

check out the workout forum. IMO there isnt really a program just go as heavy as u can for less reps. go with full intensity, make sure ur last rep is almost impossible to do.
