Cuttin fat, bulking up muscle
My diet right now consists of 4 eggs scrambled for breakfast, sometimes substituted with a protein shake, for lunch I have a salad, then a protein bar about an hour later, then a salad or a can of tuna when I get home, and a few more protein shakes with creatine. I'm taking test monday and thursdays and wonder if this is an idiotic diet. I want to cut my fat but still bulk up. Ne pointers?

Do cardio on an empty stomach. That will take care of the fat..
You need to eat more!!! Eat some chicken...

you need more food
u cant eat like a rabbit when juicing
u need at least 1.5 gram of protein for each pound u weigh
3000-5000 calories a day
eating is what makes u grow juice enhances it

Like the other guys said, if you want to gain muscle, go with 4000-5000 calories per day and around 350g protein. Definetly need to eat more. But watch out when eating eggs. The yolk contains 79% of the daily reccommended cholesteral.

Yeah but it has most of the protein too (the egg yolk)
What about late night eating? How late should I eat, I heard of a guy who would wake up in the middle of the night to keep his body from becoming catabolic ( think thats the term)

Fix your diet during the day before you worry about waking up in the middle of the night. There's some excellent resources in the DIET FORUM (where this should have been posted originally)

While this is here, should I take ephedrine, I had a nice source of it, and have 3 bottles of it left, could it hurt?

Can you explain in more depth? Ephedrine increases ur heart rate, making you burn more calories, wouldn't it be easier to cut and harder to bulk?

YES... which means it would HURT bulking and NOT HURT cutting
