I am looking to get ripped up. I hav clen and would like to take something else that will put a little size on but shred me up. Any suggestions would be a big help as i would like to start soon. I have been told whinny , but i took it abt 2 yrs ago and i gained alot of mass, although my diet was extremly bad.
